Christmas!

Christmas was different this year with it being on Sunday.

We went to Dave and Gretchen's ward at 9am because Abbie played her violin.

Ty slept until 8:30, so we got dressed and headed out without letting them even see Christmas in the front room.

It was SO much fun to watch these 2 little kids open all of their presents!

Malia got through all of her's and baby Naia's before Ty.

ha She knew how to rip that paper off.

Ty was a little more careful and took a little longer to open his few presents.

They loved everything!

Ty kept saying, "Thank you! I love it!" 

We hung out and enjoyed presents for a while, and then started to set up for dinner.

It's tradition to have Christmas dinner with my mom's family.

The Prime Rib was SO yummy!

Christmas was definitely different without Mom and Dad this year, but they got to be in on Skype for the whole thing.

After dinner we got to skype with them and meet Selena and Mark(a family they took to the temple in June). It was so much fun to talk to them as if they were in the room with us!

My parent's presents got there a few days later and the kids were SO excited to open them!

They had paid extra shipping to get them here for Christmas, but I think it was more fun to have it a few days later anyway and enjoy it more.

They are books with "Grandma and Grandpa's" voices recorded reading them.
