{June 16-17}

I told Devan all I wanted for my birthday was to go shop.

I haven't had a good shopping day in a LONG time.

He said, "Well why don't we just go to Vegas then?"

So we got on Priceline...put in $50 and got the Palms.

We left after I worked on Thursday and headed down.

We ate dinner at PF Changs(I'd been craving the crispy green beans).

Then walked around and went to see the City Center.

It was about midnight when we checked into our room.

Devan mentioned getting upgraded to the guy checking us in and he did it!

We got a suite at the Palms Place for $50. Can't beat that.

The next morning Devan got up and drove to get new tires on our car(they were out of stock in St. George so we decided to just get them in Vegas).

I slept in and got up to get ready.

I got a text from Devan that said if anyone came to the door to answer it...What the heck was coming?

A few minutes later there was a doorbell(doorbell in a hotel room? Yeah it surprised me).

There was a table full of breakfast for me with the cutest little lady that said, "Happy Birthday!"

She wheeled it in, told me happy birthday, and I sat down to a feast big enough for 3 people.

It was YUMMY. 

Devan got back a few minutes later, and I opened a few presents.

He completely surprised me with a new iPhone! I was so happy!

I got all ready and we headed out on the town.

First stop...Bodies at the Luxor.

It is the COOLEST exhibit and I highly recommend it if you haven't seen it.

Next stop...Fashion show mall. We shopped, ate at CPK and headed out.

Last Stop...Outlets. Just a few. We found Ty some toys that I knew he would LOVE.

Headed home...Ty had fallen asleep just before we got home. That was the only downer of the whole day. 

Thanks SO much to Paige for watching him while we were away. 

It was the first night we were both away from Ty.
