So we left Iowa on Mon Sept 5 at 11am.
I was SO sad to leave(as always).
I was worried because I knew Ty was going to be tired.
He screamed and screamed when I had to take his sippy and blankies from him to go through the scanner at the airport.
I got him calmed down and he did pretty good all except a few minor melt downs.
So thankful for an iPhone and Gretchen's iPad to keep him entertained.
He was SO tired and just fought it until the last 15 minutes of the flight.
He woke up and wasn't happy about it.
We were a sight walking through the airport: Pregnant lady with 2 suitcases, Frantic mom pushing a stroller with a screaming baby and carrying a carseat, blankies falling on the ground...
As soon as we saw Devan he stopped, Devan pulled him out and he just layed on him with this little shi* grin that pretty much said, "I got just what I wanted Mom." ha I wanted to kill him. :)
I love how when you are struggling at an airport(or any public place) everyone just looks at you like, "oh you poor thing." or "Why can't you get control of your child?" ha
